Global Risk Partners (GRP) today confirmed that it has completed its acquisition of Marsh’s UK Networks business, following regulatory approval. Mr Hopwood said: “Since the deal was announced in February, we have launched our new Hedron Network brand, along with a comprehensive and flexible new proposition.”
Global Risk Partners [GRP] has entered into an agreement to acquire Marsh’s UK Networks business, part of Marsh, the leading global insurance broker and risk advisor. Terms of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, were not disclosed. Completion is expected by the second quarter of 2021.
